Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund, including the standard delivery cost.
To cancel your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by email at [your email address] or by using our returns form. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
How to Return an Item

Refunds

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been installed or used (unless faulty).
- Customised or made-to-order products.
- Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty).
